Beautiful Regal Sparkle. The Tiara Attachment is Approx 5.7mm tall and 12mm at the widest point. It is available in Titanium and Gold Plated Titanium. Supplied on a Titanium Internally Threaded Labret in 1.2mm gauge. Great for ear piercings.
