The durable CORDURA® fabric shell is lined with smooth nylon, and it has a design that can be layered underneath and over the top, for those bitter winter days. With elastic adjustment around the waist, keep the wind out and warmth in. Designed to make water bead up and roll off, it keeps you dry in a light rain.
